DEVELOPMENT: Unleash an incredible exhaust note and intimidating turbo spool befitting of a 700 horsepower masterpiece by upgrading from 700 cell to 200 cell catalytic converters and optimizing exhaust flow through CAD designed and hand finished race pipes. Incorporating HJS HD 200 cell catalytic converters – designed to withstand extreme abuse – let you hear your turbos clear as day with no check engine lights or noxious fumes. Forgoing the ECU controlled valves allows for a smoother, less abrupt exhaust experience – intense notes from the turbo at all times and a bold roar from the 3.8L engine.
CONSTRUCTION: Each pipe is made in-house by our fabrication team from mandrel bent .065″ wall, 2.5″ diameter T304L stainless steel tubing and CNC cut flanges. All welds are back purged for increased longevity under the most extreme conditions.
BOLT ON AND GO: Each set is built and tested in a thick gauge aluminum fixture (which prevents warping) for perfect fitment – guaranteed. Every set is rigorously quality-checked prior to shipping and then foam packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
HJS HD CATALYSTS: The highest quality catalytic converters available, known for their industry leading flow and durability. They are efficient enough to meet strict EURO 4 emission standards while still allowing for an increase in flow – all without a check engine light. The HD design uses premium triple foil winding for maximum strength. The brazing stripe is an extra feature in the interest of durability – it prevents the core from moving or experiencing any damage from sustained high horsepower abuse. We use a large and appropriately sized catalyst to allow for maximum gains – no compromises here!
